Libraries and museums require good acoustical design that provides sound isolation between spaces, controls HVAC noise, and controls reverberant sound. Baseline measurements are performed to quantify existing conditions and proposed designs are evaluated based on the use of the spaces. Outdoor mechanical equipment is also evaluated to determine impact on the facility and at adjacent properties.
